At the recently opened Fifth Session of the 17th Luoyuan County People's Congress, the government work report outlined the development vision for the people of Luoyuan in the new year.

　　Accelerate the technological transformation projects of leading enterprises such as Baosteel Desheng and Luoyuan Minguang, and speed up the construction of the Luoyuan Bay hundred-billion steel industry base. Promote the construction of the Taiwan Investment Zone and the Luoyuan Bay Development Zone parks. Focus on incubating three key industry production-purchase-sales supply chain platforms for steel trade, flowers and seedlings, and edible fungi. Accelerate the construction of the Qibu Edible Fungi Industrial Park.

　　Strive to start construction on 80 projects and complete more than 50 projects throughout the year, with an planned annual investment of more than 75 billion yuan. Intensify investment promotion efforts and strive to introduce and land more than 300 projects.

　　Build and continue construction on 52 urban quality improvement projects, including Lianhua Mountain Park, the Luoning Ancient Official Road, and the urban secondary water supply renovation. Accelerate the preliminary work on a batch of major road traffic projects such as the Xilan Tunnel and the Guanshan Tunnel. Accelerate the renovation and upgrading of municipal roads such as the road in front of the railway station and Qihe Road, improve the supporting road network in the Qiyang area, and complete and put into use the Class II bus station.

　　Accelerate the implementation of education construction projects such as the junior high school department of Luoyuan No. 1 Middle School, the comprehensive building of the affiliated primary school, the Experimental Kindergarten (Qiyang Campus), and the Songshan Central Kindergarten, and complete the Third Experimental Primary School and Fuzhou Minzu Primary School. Build four medical infrastructure projects including the county hospital ward building, build negative-pressure wards in the county hospital and medical observation isolation wards in the psychiatric hospital, start construction on the Second People's Hospital, and relocate the Jianjiang Health Center. Accelerate the construction of projects such as the "Three Pavilions and One Center" and the Workers' Cultural Palace.

　　Promote the battle against pollution and continue to rectify "scattered, disorderly, and polluting" enterprises. Ensure that the water quality compliance rate of drinking water sources reaches 100%, and that the water quality of all rivers remains above Class III standards. Carry out soil erosion control in the Aojiang River basin and the small watersheds of Qibu Creek, Lanshui Creek, and Huayuan Creek.
