On July 15, 2020, the ZJD2000/100 crawler-type reverse circulation rock drilling rig ordered by a Nanjing client was successfully loaded and shipped to the construction site of the Xinhua Interchange project of Nanjing Pukou Puyi Bridge. It is understood that the project has pile diameters of 1.6 m to 1.8 m, pile lengths of about 70 m, and penetration into strongly to moderately weathered tuffaceous sandstone of 6-8 m.


　　On the day the equipment arrived at the project construction site, the after-sales service engineers of Zhongrui Heavy Technology also arrived simultaneously to make preparations for equipment installation and commissioning.


　　The ZJD series crawler-type reverse circulation rock drilling rig has won the favor of many customers for its advantages such as high construction efficiency, good site mobility, safe and simple operation and maintenance, and extremely high overall cost-effectiveness. This series of drilling rigs has a maximum drilling diameter of 4 m and a maximum depth of 150 m, and can operate in rock formations with hardness within 100 mPa. It is mainly used for pile foundation construction in medium- and large-diameter, large-depth, and complex strata, and is particularly suitable for construction in sand, gravel, and rock strata.
