本次会议分为常务理事工作会议和全体理事工作会议，主要就联合会会费收支和下届会费收取作了说明，并着重对2013年“秋博会”举办地进行了再次表决，会议在严肃认真的气氛中进行，一致通过维护上届理事会就“秋博会”举办地作出的决定，支持“秋博会”在浙江省诸暨市如期召开。
最后，会议特别强调了“入会自愿，退会自由”的原则，还通过了昆明浙胜商贸有限公司、沂工工程机械有限公司、临沂金山铸钢厂、杭州萧山云祥工程机械厂、龙口市有友气泵厂、天津市液力机械厂铸造分厂等9家企业入会申请。
