1月8日，盾构法海底蒸汽管道工程北部湾防城港海底管道工程项目始发井围护结构顺利开工。
防城港海底管道项目位于广西壮族自治区防城港市港口区，为国内第一条采用盾构法修建的海底蒸汽管道工程，是广西壮族自治区重点工程，此条供热管网的建设，与我国坚守的可持续发展战略极度吻合，具有增加供热负荷，节约能源、改善环境、提高供热质量、增加电力供应等综合效益。
工程概况
2019年8月，公司中标防城港海底管道工程，工程包含主隧道、隧道盾构始发井（含后盲洞隧道）、接收井及工程配套的通风、给排水及消防、动力照明系统、综合监控系统、地面附属建筑物、隧道内附属建筑物，隧道全长3167.1米，下穿防城港东湾海域。
