On August 8, 2018, the 2018 International Full Casing Rig Construction Method Exchange Conference, jointly held by Xuzhou Jing'an Heavy Industry Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Hunan Youlite Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., was grandly held at the Pullman Hotel in Xuzhou, Jiangsu. More than 30 experts from various Southeast Asian countries and regions, as well as Japan, Taiwan China, and other places gathered together to discuss the situation and future development in their respective full casing rig fields, and highly praised Jing'an Heavy Industry's full casing rigs. The day after the conference, the participating experts took the high-speed rail to beautiful Hangzhou to visit a construction site on the Hangzhou-Fuyang line for an on-site inspection of full casing construction. 　　The project is a rock-socketed secant pile constructed by Kunming Jiecheng Pile Engineering, using a total of four Jing'an Heavy Industry JSP150C full casing rigs. These rigs feature high construction torque, ample power, and light weight, and are paired with a 55-ton crawler crane for construction, requiring a small footprint and achieving high construction efficiency.
　　Below: Participating experts use their mobile phones to record the construction process of the full casing rig. 　　Not only the rigs, but also the construction accessories were a focus of the participating experts: 　　During the on-site visit, Jiecheng Pile Engineering adopted different methods according to the strata: using a grab bucket for soil removal and a rotary drilling rig for follow-up soil removal, leveraging their respective efficiency advantages to greatly accelerate construction progress. The participating experts highly praised the construction efficiency of the Jiecheng Pile Engineering team and were full of praise for Jing'an Heavy Industry's full casing rigs, especially their low overall height and light weight, which have huge advantages in improving construction efficiency and reducing construction costs.
