去年4月，三一重工与中信产业投资基金(香港)顾问有限公司携手，联合出资3.6亿欧元共同收购德国普茨迈斯特控股有限公司。三一重工控股子公司三一德国有限公司持有其90%股权，中信产业投资基金(香港)顾问有限公司持有其10%股权。
三一重工表示，此次收购后将有利于进一步提升公司研发创新能力、国际运营管理经验和国际化发展水平，巩固“世界最大混凝土机械制造商”的龙头地位。
