Recently, Nanning held the first on-site meeting of 2018 for the commencement (completion) of major projects. A batch of projects were concentrated on commencing (completing), including No. 49 Road and No. 19 Road of the China-ASEAN International Logistics Base, the Hongdian LCD Module Production Line Project in the Economic Development Zone, and the Industrial Standard Factory Buildings in Xixiangtang District. There were 18 major projects commencing or completing this time, with a total investment of about 4.391 billion yuan.
Among them, Wuxiang New District organized on-site meetings for the commencement of No. 49 Road of the China-ASEAN International Logistics Base (Yinhai Avenue—Nama Avenue) and the completion of No. 19 Road of the Logistics Base (Huaxing Road—Zhenbang Road).
The Economic Development Zone organized on-site meetings for the commencement of 4 projects, including the Hongdian LCD Module Production Line Project, the Huake Production Project of 40 Sets of Complete Wastewater Treatment Equipment per Year, the Benlang Honeysuckle Lozenge Production Project, and the Yigao E-commerce Park Headquarters and Guangxi Yigao Provincial Platform Project, with a total investment of about 1.17 billion yuan.
The Nanning Comprehensive Bonded Zone Business Center Project, located in Wuxiang New District, has a total investment of about 488 million yuan. After completion, it will improve the surrounding business facilities.
Xixiangtang District organized an on-site meeting for the commencement of the Industrial Standard Factory Buildings (Anji·Wall Street Gonggu Phase II of the Xixiangtang Industrial Park) Project. The total investment of the project is about 350 million yuan, and after delivery, it can accommodate more than 500 enterprises.
Jiangnan District organized an on-site meeting for the commencement of the Nanning Jiangnan International Automobile Expo Center Project. The project will be built into an automobile expo center in Nanning and even Guangxi that serves as an industry upgrading benchmark, meets first-class international standards, and is trusted by consumers.
In the Chengnan Industrial Park of the Wuming Yiling Industrial Concentration Zone, the Building Industrialization Component Project and the Soft Ceramic Flexible Facing Brick Production Project commenced. The Building Industrialization Component Project plans a total investment of 700 million yuan, and after completion and operation, it can achieve an average annual sales revenue of about 1.23 billion yuan. The Soft Ceramic Flexible Facing Brick Production Project has a total investment of 80 million yuan. After reaching full production, it will produce 50,000 square meters of soft ceramics (flexible facing bricks) annually, with an annual output value of about 500 million yuan.
In Binyang County, the Chengdong Avenue (Phase II Section of Chengdong New District) Project was completed, and the West Section of Hebin Road (Linpu Road—West Ring Road) Project commenced. The Chengdong Avenue (Phase II Section of Chengdong New District) Project is 2,736 meters long, with a total investment of about 177 million yuan; the West Section of Hebin Road (Linpu Road—West Ring Road) Project is 895 meters long, with a total investment of about 65.57 million yuan.
In the ASEAN Economic Development Zone, 3 projects commenced, including the Environmental Protection New Material Packaging Film Production Project of Guangxi Nanning Zhongjian Packaging Co., Ltd., the Phase II Wire and Cable Project of Guangxi Wanglian Wire and Cable Co., Ltd., and Qinglong Road (Fazhan Avenue—Budweiser InBev Avenue). 2 projects were completed, including the 1,000 Units (Sets) Construction Machinery Production Project of Guangxi Xuwo Engineering Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and Phase I of the Wantailong Standard Factory Buildings of Nanning Wantailong Real Estate Co., Ltd. The total investment of the 5 projects is about 377 million yuan.
