Recently, Nanning held its first major project commencement (completion) ceremony of 2018. A batch of projects were concentrated on commencement (completion), including China-ASEAN International Logistics Base Road 49 and Road 19, the Hongdian LCD Module Production Line Project in the Economic Development Zone, and the Industrial Standard Factory Buildings in Xixiangtang District. There are 18 major projects commencing or completing this time, with a total investment of approximately 4.391 billion yuan.
Among them, Wuxiang New District organized the commencement ceremony for China-ASEAN International Logistics Base Road 49 (Yinhai Avenue — Nama Avenue) and the completion ceremony for Logistics Base Road 19 (Huaxing Road — Zhenbang Road).
The Economic Development Zone organized commencement ceremonies for 4 projects: the Hongdian LCD Module Production Line Project, the Huake Annual Production of 40 Sets of Complete Sewage Treatment Equipment Project, the Benlang Honeysuckle Lozenge Production Project, and the Yigao E-commerce Park Headquarters and Guangxi Yigao Provincial Platform Project, with a total investment of approximately 1.17 billion yuan.
The Nanning Comprehensive Bonded Zone Business Center Project, located in Wuxiang New District, has a total investment of approximately 488 million yuan. Once completed, it will improve the surrounding business facilities.
Xixiangtang District organized the commencement ceremony for the Industrial Standard Factory Buildings (Xixiangtang Industrial Park Anji · Wall Street Industrial Valley Phase II) project, with a total investment of approximately 350 million yuan. After delivery, it can accommodate more than 500 enterprises.
Jiangnan District organized the commencement ceremony for the Nanning Jiangnan International Automobile Expo Center Project. The project will be built into an automobile expo center with industry upgrade benchmarks, international first-class standards, and consumer confidence in Nanning and even Guangxi.
In the Chengnan Industrial Park of Wuming Yiling Industrial Concentration Zone, the Building Industrialization Component Project and the Soft Ceramic Flexible Facing Brick Production Project commenced. The Building Industrialization Component Project plans a total investment of 700 million yuan. After completion and operation, it can achieve an average annual sales revenue of approximately 1.23 billion yuan. The Soft Ceramic Flexible Facing Brick Production Project has a total investment of 80 million yuan. After reaching full production, it will produce 50,000 square meters of soft ceramic (flexible facing bricks) annually, with an annual output value of approximately 500 million yuan.
In Binyang County, the Chengdong Avenue (Chengdong New District Phase II Section) Project was completed, and the Hebin Road West Section Project (Linpu Road — Xihuan Road) commenced. The Chengdong Avenue (Chengdong New District Phase II Section) Project is 2,736 meters long, with a total investment of approximately 177 million yuan; the Hebin Road West Section Project (Linpu Road — Xihuan Road) is 895 meters long, with a total investment of approximately 65.57 million yuan.
In the ASEAN Economic Development Zone, 3 projects commenced: the Environmental New Material Packaging Film Production Project of Guangxi Nanning Zhongjian Packaging Co., Ltd., the Wire and Cable Phase II Project of Guangxi Wanglian Wire and Cable Co., Ltd., and Qinglong Road (Fazhan Avenue — Budweiser InBev Avenue). 2 projects were completed: the 1,000 Units (Sets) Engineering Machinery Production Project of Guangxi Xuwo Engineering Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., and the Wantailong Standard Factory Building Phase I of Nanning Wantailong Real Estate Co., Ltd. The total investment of the 5 projects is approximately 377 million yuan.
