Intelligent manufacturing units enhance the reliability of complete machines
"Decisive battles are in the market, and victory is in the factory." More specifically, this means ensuring more economical, efficient, and precise delivery of reliable products to users through a new manufacturing system, namely intelligent production equipment and intelligent management. XCMG Foundation has multiple sets of intelligent equipment distributed across two production lines, forming intelligent manufacturing for the assembly, online inspection, and host test bench debugging of two types of main machines: rotary drilling rigs and horizontal directional drilling rigs. All core intelligent equipment has achieved interconnection and interoperability.
The new factory area has established a self-developed flexible automated production line for rotary drilling rigs, meeting the mixed-line production of multiple varieties and small batches of piling products, enabling just-in-time production and improving assembly efficiency. The factory is equipped with various process equipment such as longitudinal beam flipping machines, travel reduction flipping machines, slewing platform flipping machines, and mast flipping machines, with automatic positioning and clamping to make the assembly process safe and controllable; equipped with electric tightening equipment to improve assembly precision and quality; and a centralized fluid supply system to control and monitor auxiliary material consumption. The comprehensive test bench equipment for rotary drilling rigs currently under construction can simulate actual working conditions to apply load spectra and achieve power energy recovery, with technology at the international leading level. As intelligent testing equipment, the rotary drilling rig test bench can accumulate detailed test data, comprehensively evaluate the main technical parameters of the rotary drilling rig's power head, detect early faults, and enhance the reliability of the complete machine. XCMG Foundation also has the industry's first automated production line for horizontal directional drilling rigs, which can meet the assembly production of small and medium-tonnage products. The line is equipped with a centralized fluid supply system, electric tightening equipment, and hardware facilities, and uses information technology to connect the parts scanning system into one, promptly handling abnormal situations and simultaneously acquiring and analyzing assembly process data; relying on the host online inspection test bench to monitor the operation of host debugging in real time and optimize the manufacturing process in a timely manner; the assembly and debugging data throughout the entire manufacturing cycle can form a database, enabling traceability of key materials and process parameters during the assembly and debugging of the complete machine, thereby ensuring quality tracking and improvement.

Advancing flexible production process management, the production department can respond quickly to adjustments in order plans and production plans. Enhancing supply chain agility, the self-developed SCM system has obtained the Computer Software Copyright of the People's Republic of China, solving the problem that the SRM system cannot adapt to business development needs, improving warehousing operation efficiency, improving supplier delivery time management, shortening delivery lead times, and enhancing data information acquisition and management control; the system is highly integrated with SAP, exchanging order, supplier, material, and other data, and achieving real-time synchronization of warehousing and material issuance data through RFC interface functions; suppliers can generate delivery notes, generate key component labels, print delivery notes, and maintain shipment management through the system; warehouse keepers can use mobile phones or PDAs to scan the QR code of the inspection request warehousing delivery note for warehousing and material issuance operations, improving efficiency.
