New year, new atmosphere, everyone in high spirits. On January 1, the Party Working Committee of the Lixiang Railway Project Department of China Railway 21st Bureau Group Third Company specially organized a field outward bound training activity to enhance employees' cohesion, unity, and combat effectiveness, forming an invincible assault force. The project department undertakes the construction task of 21.52 kilometers for the pre-station Section I of the Lijiang to Shangri-La Railway. Because the section is located in the Xiaozhongdian fault zone and the Jinsha River major fault zone, the geological structure is complex, and the surrounding rock is extremely fractured. Since the start of construction more than two years ago, affected by unfavorable factors such as weak surrounding rock, squeezing deformation, and difficulties in land acquisition and demolition, the project has progressed with difficulty. In particular, the Wenbishan No. 1 and No. 2 Tunnels, Huangshanshao Tunnel, and Menggushao Tunnel, which are Class I high-risk geological tunnels, have now entered mudstone and calcareous mudstone geological structural sections. The surrounding rock is very loose, and water inflow is serious, which not only affects the construction progress but also seriously dampens the employees' enthusiasm for work. To boost morale, unite the employees, and accelerate the construction of high-risk tunnel sections with weak surrounding rock, the project department has carried out labor competition activities such as "120 Days of Intensive Work" and "Dry Season Major Battle", and organized cultural and recreational activities in a timely manner to ensure the physical and mental health of employees and cheer them on. This outward bound training activity aims to unite the employees, improve coordination and cooperation skills, and enhance the courage and confidence of all employees to face risks, fear no difficulties, and dare to overcome challenges. The outward bound training closely focused on the theme of working together, tacit cooperation, facing difficulties squarely, being willing to dedicate, and doing everything possible to overcome difficulties when selecting the training projects. Especially in the final graduation wall climb, all personnel, despite the fatigue of a day's training, still enthusiastically and willingly served as human ladders, deeply inspiring every employee. Whether as the main ladder or auxiliary ladder, whether climbers or surrounding protectors, they worked together with one goal, sparing no effort and fearing no danger to jointly complete the climbing task, and never giving up until the goal was achieved.
