On December 21, it was learned from the Ningxia Department of Transport that from January to November this year, Ningxia completed a cumulative fixed asset investment of 20.13 billion yuan in highways and waterways, fulfilling 91.5% of the autonomous region's annual plan.
In the first 11 months, Ningxia completed approximately 11.07 billion yuan in investment for expressway construction projects, about 2.68 billion yuan for national and provincial trunk lines, and about 6.38 billion yuan for other projects implemented by local governments, including rural roads, urban connecting lines, and transport stations. At present, the 12 key highway projects designated by the autonomous region, including the reconstruction and expansion of the Beijing-Tibet Expressway, have completed a cumulative investment of 10.14 billion yuan, exceeding the planned target of 10.01 billion yuan.
