On December 12, it was learned from the Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission that from January to November, the construction of key projects across the province advanced steadily, with cumulative investment reaching 132.426 billion yuan, or 118.38% of the annual plan; 2,607 projects started construction, or 105.80% of the annual plan; and 1,382 projects were completed, or 116.13% of the annual plan. In November alone, key projects under construction across the province completed an investment of 107.252 billion yuan, accounting for 9.59% of the annual plan, with 84 projects starting construction and 265 projects completed.
It is reported that investment completed in key project construction in the first 11 months continued to maintain growth momentum, increasing by 10.9% year on year; 15 cities including Hefei and Fuyang, as well as 10 major industries such as strategic emerging industries and traditional industry upgrading and transformation, have completed their annual investment plans ahead of schedule. The project start-up situation was relatively good, with the number of projects started increasing by 24.8% year on year; 14 cities including Ma'anshan and Bozhou, as well as 10 major industries such as energy and water conservancy, have completed their annual start-up targets ahead of schedule. Project completion accelerated, with the number of completed projects in November increasing by 81 compared with the previous month, and the number of completed projects from January to November increasing by 13.8% year on year; 13 cities including Huainan and Tongling, as well as 8 major industries such as cultural industries and traditional industry upgrading and transformation, have completed their annual completion targets ahead of schedule.
