On December 5, Longyuan Shanxi Company's Jingle Phase II (50MW) wind power project received approval from the Xinzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission.
The Jingle Phase II project is located in the mountainous area of eastern Jingle County, with turbine placement areas at elevations above 1,800 meters. The average annual wind speed is 6.6 m/s, indicating excellent wind resources. The project plans to install 25 wind turbine units with a single-unit capacity of 2.0 MW. It will share one 220kV booster station with the Phase I Kangjiahui project and transmit power via one 220kV line to the Jingle 220kV substation, with mature grid connection conditions.
Facing the new situation of stricter approval requirements for wind power projects by departments at the county and municipal levels, the company organized carefully and acted proactively. It promptly grasped the latest policies and requirements, formulated effective work measures, broke down tasks in detail, completed approval prerequisites such as land pre-examination, planning site selection, and environmental impact assessment, submitted them to the Municipal Development and Reform Commission for approval in a timely manner, and assigned dedicated personnel to communicate closely with the approving department and closely track the approval process, ultimately obtaining the approval.
