To the construction industry associations (federations, construction industry associations) of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, relevant industry construction associations, the PLA Engineering Construction Association, construction enterprises managed by SASAC, and relevant units:
　　In order to further implement the spirit of the State Council's "Opinions on Promoting the Sustainable and Healthy Development of the Construction Industry," promote the application of BIM technology in engineering construction, and drive the development of informatization in the construction industry, our association has decided to hold the Experience Exchange Meeting for the Promotion and Application of BIM Technology Achievements in Construction Projects in Xiamen, Fujian Province in late December. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

　　Observation of the Xiamen International Conference Center Project undertaken by China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd.

　　1. Chief engineers, heads of BIM centers, and relevant engineering technical personnel from construction enterprises
　　2. Personnel responsible for relevant work from regional and industry construction (engineering) associations
　　IV. Meeting Time, Venue, and Fees

　　3. Fees: Conference fee is 1600 RMB per person; one representative from each regional and industry construction (engineering) association is exempt from the conference fee. Accommodation will be arranged uniformly, with accommodation costs borne by the participants. The conference fee shall be paid on-site at registration (cash payment, receipt issued, invoice sent by express after the meeting).
