双鸭山市集贤县福利屯的一处建筑工地，在打地基的时候，地基的防护墙发生了坍塌，事故造成两辆经过的厢式货车翻落，但没有造成人员伤亡，但是由于坍塌范围较大，已经能看到现场旁边居民楼的地基，对居民楼的安全造成了威胁。
前方记者：“从现场可以看到，工地上坍塌的坑很大，而且坍塌的是一栋地基的防护墙。据附近居民反映，事故发生时声音很大。所幸事故发生在晚上10点左右，工地已经停工，事故发生地附近也没有人员走动，所以并没有人员伤亡。”
据前方记者介绍，出于安全考虑，小区居民已经被疏散，妥善安置在附近宾馆内。
专家组第一时间赶到现场对居民楼进行24小时检测，初步确定楼体并没有移动，具体的质检报告将在明日出来。
