6月21日，生意社从辽宁发改委了解到，辽宁省淘汰落后产能工作取得重要进展，“十二五”以来已完成淘汰落后钢铁产能186万吨。
辽宁省把淘汰落后产能作为工业领域节能减排的一项重要工作并纳入各级政府绩效考评体系。“十二五”以来，通过重点实施对综合能源消费量占比较大的冶炼、化工等行业的节能降耗管理，进一步完善和强化了落后产能退出机制，对高耗能行业中的淘汰类和限制类企业果断实行差别电价，有效提高了辽宁省工业经济的运行质量和水平。
