对于多个仓库、居民院落，连续两天都遭积水淹没，古柏社区主任周毅十分无奈。他说，昨天一整天，社区都忙着抗洪，但依然未能抵挡凶猛的雨水。被淹的原因一是因为降雨量太大，同时也有地下排水管管径过小的原因。社区将与道路施工单位进行紧急协商，以期尽快消除隐患。
