The reporter learned that the project includes a total of two overpass bridges: the 551-meter Lanxin Railway No. 1 Bridge and the 536-meter Lanxin Railway No. 2 Overpass Bridge. At present, the Lanxin Railway No. 2 Bridge is the first to start construction.
　　“The Bingdi Ronghe Avenue will cross the Lanxin Railway twice and pass under the Hami–Luobupo Railway once. To solve this construction challenge, bridges will be built to cross over the Lanxin Railway and culverts will be built to pass under the Hami–Luobupo Railway. This is also a difficulty and challenge in the construction process,” introduced Zhang Shuanbao, project manager of the general project department of the Hami Bingdi Ronghe Avenue Project of CCCC Fourth Highway Engineering Co., Ltd.
　　It is understood that the starting point of the Bingdi Ronghe Avenue project is located at the interchange north of Huoshiquan in Erbao Town, Hami City (where G312 connects with the G30 Lianyungang–Khorgas Expressway). The route follows X515 (county road), passes through Huoshiquan, Hongxing No. 2 Farm, Huayuan Township, the Erdaohu Industrial Park of Hongxing No. 1 Farm, and the planned Hongxing City, connects with G312 along X521, and ends on the east side of Huangtian Farm of the 13th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, where it connects with G30. The project is built to the standard of a two-way, six-lane first-class highway, with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour.
　　According to Zheng Hongwei, general manager of Hami Transportation Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd., the road within the administrative division of Hami City is about 52.8 kilometers long, with an investment of about RMB 1.76 billion; the road within the administrative division of the 13th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is 29.4 kilometers long, with an investment of about RMB 970 million. In July this year, subgrade paving for the entire line will be completed; by the end of the year, road and bridge erection will be completed; and the entire line will be completed in July 2018. After completion, the project will form an outer ring road of Hami together with national and provincial roads such as G30 and G312. Because the road runs through 6 townships in Yizhou District of Hami City, 4 regimental farms and 3 industrial parks of the 13th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, its completion will greatly promote the harmonious development of comprehensive transportation between the corps and local areas.
