Recently, the Shanghai Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission issued a notice on the 'List of Innovative Technologies for Shanghai Prefabricated Building Demonstration Projects' to better promote the city's assembled monolithic building demonstration projects. 13 technologies have been identified as innovative technologies for Shanghai prefabricated building demonstration projects. They are: prefabricated structural systems using seismic reduction and isolation technologies or other new prefabricated hybrid structural systems; main structure connection nodes using dry connections, combined connections, or other new connection technologies that are easy to construct and have reasonable force distribution; use of pre-tensioned high-efficiency prestressed prefabricated components (application proportion of the same type of components not less than 50%); application of variable housing design for large spaces in residential buildings or SI separation (separation of structure and interior finishing) systems; integrated design of civil engineering, mechanical and electrical, and decoration, or integrated design of solar panels, external shading, and external enclosure components; prefabricated external walls with integrated waterproofing, insulation, and finishing using structural waterproofing (application proportion not less than 50% of the facade area); adoption of EPC integrated engineering procurement construction general contracting mode, including design-procurement (E-P) general contracting mode, procurement-construction (P-C) general contracting mode, design-build (D-B) general contracting mode, etc.; use of chip management technology (RFID) or QR code technology for information management throughout the entire process of component production, transportation, installation, and acceptance; application of BIM technology in at least 3 stages including design, construction preparation, component prefabrication, construction implementation, and operation and maintenance; use of non-demolition formwork systems or support and formwork systems that are quick to assemble and disassemble and have high reuse rates (application proportion not less than 80%); use of safe and reliable light mechanical self-climbing lifting platform systems or external protection systems without external scaffolding; use of efficient and high-precision integrated measurement and control installation processes; other innovative applications in management modes, new systems, new technologies, new materials, new processes, etc.
