Recently, Zoomlion and Ardex New Materials Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. signed a purchase contract in Shanghai for the MTA3000 dry-mix mortar production line. Mr. Yin Zhengfu, Vice President of Zoomlion, and Mr. Andreas Oberecker, General Manager of Ardex China, attended the signing ceremony. It is understood that the tower-type MTA3000 production line purchased by Ardex from Zoomlion is expected to be put into production by the end of 2017.

It is understood that the contracting party Ardex is a German company founded in the 1940s. Its business has now expanded to more than 50 countries and regions around the world, and it is one of the world's leading suppliers of high-quality professional building materials and a top supplier in the field of construction chemical materials. Ardex's original ARDURAPID rapid-setting and fast-drying technology is the origin of self-leveling mortar. Its floor building materials are widely used in some famous buildings in the world and China, including Dubai Mall, Taipei 101, Shanghai Jin Mao Tower, etc., and it is one of the representatives of high-end building materials. In recent years, Ardex's business in China has developed rapidly, and sales of special mortar products such as tile adhesives, waterproof mortar, cement self-leveling, and colored mortar have increased significantly year by year.

In August 2016, the construction in China of a special mortar production line with an annual output of 200,000 tons was placed on Ardex's international bidding agenda. After a series of comprehensive considerations, Ardex ultimately chose Zoomlion. It is understood that the cooperation between the two parties went through stages including demand confirmation, production line scheme design, production factory inspection, mixer performance testing, technical exchange, and equipment selection. Mr. Andreas Oberecker said that special mortar production equipment has very high technical requirements, and the reason for choosing Zoomlion m-tec in the international bidding was that Zoomlion m-tec could be customer-centered, well solve technical problems encountered in production, respond promptly to customer needs, and provide comprehensive services.

Since Zoomlion acquired the German company m-tec in 2014, the internationally leading m-tec dry-mix mortar equipment and technology have taken root in Changsha. Over the past two years and more, Zoomlion dry-mix mortar has gained the trust of more and more industry insiders and customers. In 2016, Zoomlion's dry-mix mortar equipment sales performance had already achieved substantial growth.

Relevant information shows that the MTA3000 is a standard station product of the dry-mix mortar production line developed by Zoomlion after absorbing m-tec product technology, and the whole machine integrates m-tec's advanced design concepts.
