上海铁路局新列车运行图草案近日曝光，其中明确宁杭、杭甬高铁开通后，G字头高铁将按时速300公里运行，D字头动车仍按时速200公里运行，不过在运行图上，在沪杭、宁杭、杭甬高铁区间开行的18列D字头动车将按时速250公里标尺执行。
这18列动车主要是开往温州南方向的，如现在的南京至温州南D5589／D5590次，高铁开通后将改经杭甬高铁运行，在杭甬高铁上时速250公里；现在的合肥至温州南D5454／1、D5456／7次，缩短至南京到温州南，也改经由杭甬高铁运行，时速也是250公里；还有徐州东（徐州）至温州南以及南京至龙岩等车次。
