The disc granulator is a volumetric metering feeding device that can uniformly and continuously feed materials to the next process and withstand large silo pressure. As a fine material feeding device, it is suitable for transporting various non-sticky materials in powder, granular, or small block form, such as pulverized coal, cement, clinker, limestone, shale, coal gangue, clay, etc. It can be widely used in gold processing plants, coal preparation plants, chemical plants, infrastructure, and mechanized foundry workshops for continuous, uniform, quantitative feeding and batching. The machine has a simple structure, convenient adjustment, and superior performance. It is suitable for conveying materials with a particle size not greater than 50mm, but not suitable for conveying materials with high viscosity, poor flowability, or particularly good flowability.

 
Working Principle:

 
The granulation disc adopts an integral circular arc structure, and the granulation rate can reach over 93%. The granulation disc is equipped with three discharge ports, which facilitates intermittent production operations, greatly reduces labor intensity, and improves labor efficiency. The reducer and motor adopt flexible belt transmission, ensuring smooth startup, reducing impact force, and extending equipment service life. The bottom of the granulation disc is reinforced with multiple radial steel plates, making it sturdy and durable without deformation. The thickened, weighted, and sturdy base design requires no foundation bolts and ensures stable operation.
