Working Principle:

 
Vertical shaft impact crusher uses materials that fall vertically from the upper part of the machine into the high-speed rotating impeller. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, they collide and crush with another part of the materials that are distributed around the impeller in an umbrella shape at high speed. After mutual impact, the materials form a vortex between the impeller and the casing and are crushed by multiple mutual impacts and friction, and then discharged directly from the lower part, forming a closed-circuit multiple cycle, and the required finished product particle size is controlled by the screening equipment.
