Working Principle:

 
The impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. When the machine works, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at high speed, and the material falls directly from the upper part of the machine onto the high-speed rotating turntable. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides at high speed with another part of the material distributed in an umbrella shape around the turntable, resulting in high-density crushing. After the materials strike each other, a vortex motion is formed between the turntable and the casing, causing repeated mutual impacts, friction, and crushing. The material is discharged from the discharge port, forming a closed-circuit multi-cycle, and the required particle size is controlled by screening equipment. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor can change the discharge particle size and shape of the material.
