Working Principle:

 
This machine is mainly composed of the frame body, movable jaw body, eccentric shaft, jaw plates, adjustment seat, and other parts. During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft through the V-belt and pulley, causing the movable jaw to move along a certain trajectory. Materials entering the crushing chamber are crushed between the two jaw plates by compression, splitting, and bending. The crushed materials are discharged from the discharge opening under their own weight.

1.Superior motion characteristics and unique cavity shape allow the jaw plates to be interchanged and reversed four times, achieving uniform wear on the crushing surface, improving material utilization, and extending service life. Compared with similar models, the processing capacity is over 15% higher and energy consumption is over 10% lower.

2.The unique crushing cavity shape enables higher utilization of jaw plate material.

3.The teeth of the jaw plates in the crushing cavity face each other (movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate), which is more conducive to crushing harder materials.

4.The adjustable transmission angle design provides higher output with the same discharge opening.

5.The fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate are interchangeable, effectively reducing the number of spare parts for users and making installation more convenient.

6.The discharge opening is adjusted by a dual-jack hydraulic system, making adjustment faster and more labor-saving.

7.The movable jaw and frame are of a split structure for easy transportation.
