(1) Based on the characteristics of this project, during construction arrangement, the features of various equipment shall be fully utilized for rational deployment; during construction, attention shall be paid to creating more work faces to reduce mutual interference between equipment operations.
(2) The layout of construction access roads shall be properly planned to minimize crossings among access roads. The width of main access roads shall be no less than 7 meters, and the gradient shall be no steeper than 8%. Where possible, loop routes shall be arranged to improve the construction efficiency of dump trucks.
(3) During excavation of the sluice foundation pit, equipment and personnel shall focus primarily on foundation pit excavation. When fill surfaces are available, excavation and filling shall be carried out in combination. If the filling work face is not available in time, or the moisture content of the soil is outside the optimum moisture content range, or the soil cannot be used as fill material, the excavated earth shall be transported to a stockpile site or a spoil ground.
