1. Provide detailed geotechnical engineering data and geotechnical technical parameters required for design on a per-building or per-building-group basis; when the groundwater level at the site may rise to within the depth of the foundation compression layer, strength and deformation parameters under saturated conditions should preferably be provided.

2. Analyze and evaluate the foundation, and provide justification and recommendations for schemes such as foundation treatment and the prevention and control of adverse geological phenomena and geological environment issues.

3. For deep excavations, provide the calculation parameters required for pit wall stability and dewatering/pumping, and analyze the impact on adjacent buildings.

4. For pile foundation works, put forward reasonable recommendations on pile type, pile length, and the depth of the pile tip bearing stratum, and provide the technical parameters required for design and the estimated vertical bearing capacity of a single pile.

5. Put forward recommendations for construction and monitoring.
