On May 11, the first pier of the Hangzhou-Lin'an Intercity Railway, constructed by the Fifth Company of China Railway First Group, was successfully poured, marking the official start of pier and abutment construction along the entire line. The elevated test section between Kejicheng Station and Nanfengcun Station in the civil works Section SGHL-6 of the Hangzhou-Lin'an Intercity Railway undertaken by the Fifth Company comprises a total of 354 piles, 76 pile caps, 51 spans of cast-in-situ simply supported girders on falsework, and 8 units (24 spans) of cast-in-situ continuous girders on falsework.

    To ensure construction progress and the quality of the first pier column, the project department adopted multiple measures: first, all departments actively communicated and coordinated to fully complete all construction preparation work; second, the assembly quality of the pier column formwork was carefully inspected, with strict control of formwork joints; third, technical personnel conscientiously carried out on-site supervision and guidance, strengthened concrete vibration, and ensured that the pile caps were solid inside and attractive outside; fourth, on-site coordination and deployment were strengthened, with emphasis on safety protection to ensure construction safety.
    As of now, the project department of Section SGHL-6 of the Hangzhou-Lin'an Intercity Railway has completed 271 piles and 23 pile caps. Next, the project department will seize the golden construction season, organize scientifically, increase construction input, and accelerate construction progress while ensuring safety and quality, so as to ensure that the schedule targets are met on time.
