Overall completion is good

  From the inspection, all 34 qualified concrete mixing plants in the city have formulated rectification plans and have begun comprehensive rectification work. Some enterprises that had better dust control before have strengthened internal management and optimized rectification in some areas, with good results.

  Guangxi Dadu Concrete Co., Ltd. located in Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone, after transformation, has taken the initial shape of a garden factory. Nanning Rail Transit Concrete Co., Ltd. in Yongning District and Guangxi Huahong Tunli Concrete Co., Ltd. in Qingxiu District have also installed automatic spraying facilities in fully enclosed material yard warehouses. In addition, some mixing plants have rectified quickly and progressed rapidly. Guangxi Huahong Shajing Concrete Co., Ltd. in Jiangnan District, Guangxi Dingchangsheng Concrete Co., Ltd. in Liangqing District, and Guangxi Jiarun Cement Products Co., Ltd. in Yongning District, etc., originally planned to complete in June, have now advanced to complete by the end of May.

  5 enterprises have slow rectification progress

  However, the inspection team found during the inspection action that some mixing plants have slow rectification progress. For example, the originally planned project of Guangxi Shengtian Cement Products Co., Ltd. in Xingning District has not started; some yards of Guangxi Guiwei Concrete Co., Ltd. in the Economic and Technological Development Zone and Guangxi Nanyang Hengxin Concrete Co., Ltd. in Liangqing District are exposed without coverage and no storage warehouses have been built. In response, the inspection team filled out the "Concrete Mixing Plant Dust Pollution Rectification Inspection Matters Form" according to the rectification progress, pointed out the problems existing in the enterprises, and on-site required the implementation of the rectification completion date.

It is reported that in order to further accelerate the speed of dust pollution rectification in concrete mixing plants, the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Commission has established the "Key Supervision Concrete Mixing Plant Inspection Work Plan", implementing daily reporting on the rectification progress of key supervised concrete mixing plants, and weekly inspection on the rectification situation.

 Rectification will be completed before the end of May

  In response to the enterprises with slow rectification progress found in this inspection, the Nanning Municipal Industry and Information Technology Commission immediately listed them as key supervision targets. On April 29, the Nanning Municipal Industry and Information Technology Commission interviewed the responsible persons of some key supervision enterprises, ordered the enterprises to adjust the rectification work plan, accelerate the rectification progress, and required the enterprise rectification work to be completed before the end of May. On May 3, the 5 enterprises resubmitted their rectification work plans and promised to ensure completion of the rectification work before the end of May.

  In order to maintain the urban environment and ensure that no secondary dust pollution is formed during the rectification process, the inspection team requires enterprises to strictly control dust during the construction stage of the rectification project and maintain factory hygiene. It is necessary to ensure environmental hygiene by strengthening cleaning, use manual watering and other means to control yard dust, build temporary spraying facilities while installing automatic spraying facilities to control dust during production, and use manual washing methods to reduce vehicles carrying mud in and out of the site while modifying automatic washing equipment.
