1. Under slow loading, the load immediately preceding the failure load shall be taken as the ultimate load of the pile.
2. Under rapid loading, determine the stable settlement rate (i.e., stable creep rate) of the pile under each load level, and plot the rheological curve of the pile; the intersection of the extended curve with the abscissa shall be taken as the ultimate long-term bearing capacity of the pile.
