Recently, after the full-scale commencement of the Golmud-Korla Railway (Qinghai Section) project undertaken by the 3rd Company of CRCC 15th Bureau Group, another success was reported from the construction site: all concrete pouring for the 21 pile foundations of the prestressed concrete bridge of Dawusi No. 1 Medium Bridge has been completed. The bridge took only 5 days from the start of drilling for the pile foundations to the concrete pouring construction, covering the pile foundations of Abutment No. 0, Pier No. 1, Pier No. 2, and Abutment No. 3. The pile foundation hole diameter is designed as 1 m, with hole depths of 16 m, 17 m, and 18 m. All pile foundations were poured with C35 concrete, totaling 21 piles, with a concrete pouring volume of approximately 560 cubic meters. The successful pouring of the bridge pile foundations marks that the Dawusi Medium Bridge has entered the formal construction stage and has played a positive role in promoting subsequent bridge construction.
From surveying and setting out and testing to the technical control and safety and quality supervision by on-site management personnel, the project has been constructed in strict accordance with drawing specifications and process flows. Standardized construction has become routine, ensuring the smooth construction of the first work item.
For the pre-station works of the newly built Golmud-Korla Railway (Qinghai Section) GKQHZHQ6 bid section, the 3rd Company is responsible for tasks within a 44.552 km range, including subgrade, bridges, and station yard works. Among them are 11 bridges, 132 culverts, and 1 station yard, with the remainder being single-track railway subgrade.
