Zhang Guohua pointed out that Quanshan District should further leverage the role of various platforms and carriers such as industrial parks and development zones to achieve new breakthroughs in industrial cultivation and development. Xuzhou Software Park should further deepen its industrial development direction, clarify its industrial development positioning, and continuously improve industrial concentration and output. The Xuzhou Biotechnology and New Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park should focus on key areas and highlight its characteristics, vigorously cultivate and develop the biopharmaceutical industry led by tumor biotherapy technology, and accelerate the construction of biopharmaceutical R&D and incubation bases based on various key laboratories. Yongjia Science and Technology Industrial Park should use standard factory buildings as carriers, intensify investment promotion, attract projects to land, and provide high-quality platform services for innovation and entrepreneurship. The Quanshan Economic Development Zone should give full play to the unique advantages of an industrial park in the main urban area, focus on developing advanced manufacturing, clarify development ideas, improve park functions, and further enhance the park's industrial concentration and competitiveness. 　　During his research visit to the Quanshan Economic Development Zone, Secretary Zhang Guohua specifically listened to a report by Chen Jianhai, General Manager of Xuzhou Dunan Heavy Industry Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and made detailed inquiries about the company's product R&D, intellectual property protection, market development, and product marketing. He fully affirmed Dunan Heavy Industry and expressed the hope that Dunan Heavy Industry will continue to intensify product R&D and marketing efforts to build the company into a first-class R&D and manufacturing base for piling equipment.
