Since receiving the mobilization notice from the owner, Jingfu Railway Company, the 11th Bureau Shanghe-Hangzhou Project Department has moved quickly onto the site, rapidly established its base, and swiftly organized construction production. Within 8 days of mobilization, they took the lead in completing the smooth drilling of the first test pile foundation on the entire line, setting a new "11th Bureau speed," which won unanimous praise from all participating units and a commendation notice from the owner, Jingfu Railway Company, consolidating the market for the enterprise and winning honor.

From the smooth drilling of the first test pile foundation to now surpassing the 1,000-pile milestone, it has condensed the hard work and dedication of all personnel on the 11th Bureau Shanghe-Hangzhou Project over more than 100 days and nights. When the project started, it was in the harsh winter, with howling north winds and ice and snow relentlessly testing everyone, and tremendous pressure on both base establishment and construction production. In the face of difficulties, the brave 11th Bureau Shanghe-Hangzhou people did not stop their firm pace. Under the leadership of the project leadership team, they optimized technical plans while accelerating the pace of land acquisition and relocation. All departments linked up and down, employing multiple measures simultaneously, seizing sunny days and battling rainy days, demanding progress from the weather and efficiency from time, and advancing on-site construction production in a tense and orderly manner.

It is reported that the 11th Bureau Shanghe-Hangzhou Railway Project undertakes a main line of 43.714 kilometers, with many bridges and construction near existing lines, including two extra-large bridges and one large bridge, requiring the completion of 9,980 designed pile foundations. Currently, the project's work faces have been opened up, and they are actively deploying the next phase of construction production.

Although the rainy season in the south is approaching and construction production will face a new round of tests, the Shanghe-Hangzhou Project has planned ahead and made ample preparations.
