February 24 (CCTV News): Today, 11 major infrastructure projects broke ground in Yunnan Province. Over the next five years, Yunnan will invest 1.6 trillion yuan to build the "five networks" of infrastructure—road, aviation, energy security, water, and internet—and enhance connectivity with neighboring regions and countries.
