In the early hours of February 5, the first pile foundation of the Xuyan Railway Project Department of China Railway 15th Bureau Group No.1 Engineering Co., Ltd. was successfully poured, becoming the first successfully poured pile foundation within the section managed by the 15th Bureau.
The pile foundation poured this time is DK113+711.522 (Pier 923) Pile 1#-1, with a pile diameter of 1m, a designed pile length of 43m, reinforcement type friction pile ?100-12‰, environmental exposure class non-corrosive, C35 pile concrete: 34.5 cubic meters; the total weight of the reinforcement cage is 1.696 tons. Among them, plain round 10: 197.9kg, ribbed 16: 95.52kg, ribbed 20: 1403kg, sonic logging pipes (50mmx3mm): 132m. To ensure the successful pouring of the first pile foundation, the Xuyan Railway Project organized meticulously and arranged reasonably. Project leaders actively went to the construction site, commanded from the front, and overcame difficulties; various functional departments had clear divisions of labor. The technical department actively held pile foundation construction briefing meetings, requiring technical personnel to supervise and control the entire pile foundation construction process, carefully review drawings, and ensure refined construction; the materials department arranged the entry of relevant materials and machinery, making adequate material preparations; the quality inspection department strictly controlled each construction process and each construction link from pile hole opening, hole formation, hole inspection to pouring, firmly ensuring quality control. The safety department went to the construction site in advance to conduct safety briefings for the pile foundation team, ensuring controllable safety during pile foundation construction.
Since entering the site, the project department has adhered to high standards and strict requirements, taken the initiative, vigorously carried forward the spirit of the iron army, and braved hardships to devote itself to engineering construction. The successful pouring of the first pile foundation has mobilized the enthusiasm of participating employees, laid a good foundation for the advancement of subsequent milestone tasks, and opened a new prelude for the project construction in 2016.
