Recently, Zoomlion's newly painted ZR280C rotary drilling rig participated in the Guiyang Huaguoyuan project undertaken by China Construction Fourth Engineering Division and was recognized by the construction party.
　　This is the first newly painted rotary drilling rig constructed by Zoomlion in Guiyang. The modern and industrial new paint scheme of "Aurora Green, Gravel Gray, Star Gray" brought vitality to the gray construction site. Zoomlion's ZR280C rotary drilling rig has excellent performance and outstanding highlights. The product is equipped with a power head casing driver and a pipe rubbing machine, suitable for construction conditions such as sand and pebble layers, backfill soil, karst geology, and water-rich groundwater strata, and is highly adaptable to the geological characteristics of Guizhou. The ZR280C rotary drilling rig features high output torque and strong rock penetration ability. The mast is equipped with standard sections that can be selected according to specific construction conditions to achieve different drilling depths. The ZR280C rotary drilling rig has been widely used in regions with mostly hard strata such as Chongqing, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangdong, Fujian, Hunan, Sichuan, and Guangxi, shortening construction periods and meeting customer needs. Customers generally report that Zoomlion's ZR280C rotary drilling rig has strong force and strong rock penetration ability, so they have given the ZR280C a special title—rotary drilling "warrior", which fully proves the characteristics of Zoomlion's rotary drilling rigs: strong hole drilling and rock penetration ability and high construction efficiency.
　　The Guiyang Huaguoyuan project covers an area of more than 16 million square meters and is currently the largest, highest-grade, and most fully equipped park project under construction in Guiyang, including high-end office buildings, shopping centers, wetland ecological parks, etc. The foundation construction requirements at the Huaguoyuan site are very high: full rock-socketed drilling with a hole diameter of 1.8 meters and a depth of 10 meters. Zoomlion's ZR280C rotary drilling rig is highly suitable for such difficult drilling conditions and has a high-speed soil unloading function. Facing the 40 MPa rock at the Huaguoyuan site, the ZR280C rotary drilling rig achieved a hole completion speed of 4.5 hours, which was highly recognized by the project department. As of the time of publication, the customer has selected three more Zoomlion rotary drilling rigs of the same model to enter the site for construction.
