To comprehensively advance the construction progress of the Xiaochao River Sluice Demolition and Reconstruction Project and accelerate the pace of this key provincial water conservancy project, the Guannan County water conservancy department has actively organized project units to adopt methods such as scientific planning, strict management, increasing machinery, working overtime, and battle-map operations, seizing the fine weather before the winter snow and ice to race against time, catch up on the schedule, and carry out intensive construction. At present, more than 150 workers and 8 drilling rigs have been organized for round-the-clock construction, and the drilling task for 520 pile foundations has been completed, laying the foundation for pouring the main body and wing wall base slabs before the Spring Festival.
