Reporters learned on January 8 that concrete pouring has begun for the foundation of the central control building at the booster station of Longyuan Yunnan Company's Zhumushan Wind Power Project. The first batch of concrete was successfully poured into the foundation trench of the central control building at the booster station, marking the official start of construction of the project.
The Zhumushan Wind Power Project is located at the junction of Yuezhou Town, Dongshan Town, and the State-owned Haizhai Forest Farm in Qilin District, Qujing City, Yunnan Province, and Huoshui Township and Banqiao Town in Luliang County. It has an installed capacity of 150 MW and will install 49 United Power UP97 wind turbines, 39 Goldwind GW93 wind turbines, and 12 GW87 wind turbines, and will build a new 110 kV booster station and two 110 kV transmission lines. It is scheduled to be commissioned on June 30, 2016.
