　　The same is true for other machinery development achievements. On December 19, 2011, CSR Beijing Times officially integrated Xiangfan Zhuanqi and entered the dump truck field. At the end of 2011, CSR Beijing Times completed the layout of four industry directions among the five major industry platforms of the "12th Five-Year Plan": piling machinery, crawler cranes, special engineering machinery equipment, and railway braking products. On June 28, 2012, the first 48-meter boom concrete pump truck developed by CSR Beijing Times rolled off the production line at the Beijing Changping Park and was delivered to customers, marking CSR Beijing Times' official entry into the wheeled construction machinery field. In 2013, CSR made a strong move in the international market, successfully acquiring the German company E+M, and developed a vehicle-mounted water well drilling rig, becoming a "bridgehead" for CSR to enter high-end markets such as Europe.
