1. The pile position deviation of cast-in-place piles must comply with the provisions of Table 5.1.4. The pile top elevation must be at least 0.5 m higher than the design elevation. The quality of pile bottom hole cleaning has different requirements according to different pile-forming processes and shall be implemented in accordance with the requirements of each section of this chapter. For every 50 m3 poured, there must be 1 set of test specimens; for piles less than 50 m3, each pile must have 1 set of test specimens.
2. Engineering piles shall be subjected to bearing capacity testing. For cast-in-place piles with a foundation design grade of Class A or with complex geological conditions and low reliability of pile-forming quality, the static load test method shall be used for inspection. The number of piles inspected shall not be less than 1% of the total number and shall not be less than 3 piles. When the total number of piles is less than 50, it shall not be less than 2 piles.
3. The quality of the pile body shall be inspected. For cast-in-place piles with a design grade of Class A or with complex geological conditions and low reliability of finished pile quality, the number of piles sampled for inspection shall not be less than 30% of the total number and shall not be less than 20 piles; for other pile foundation projects, the number sampled for inspection shall not be less than 20% of the total number and shall not be less than 10 piles; for precast concrete piles and cast-in-place piles above the groundwater level whose final holes have been verified, the number inspected shall not be less than 10% of the total number of piles and shall not be less than 10 piles. There shall be no fewer than 1 pile under each column footing.
4. All other main control items shall be inspected. For general items, unless otherwise clearly specified, 20% may be spot-checked, but all concrete cast-in-place piles shall be inspected.
