7月16日获悉，中国建筑第二工程局有限公司（简称中建二局）“地下室外墙后浇带超前止水结构”获国家实用新型专利授权。
该后浇带结构采用预制混凝土盖板超前止水，构造明确，施工简便，适用于各种大型地下室、地下车库等地下工程。采用外墙后浇带超前止水做法，使外墙防水工程、室外回填一道成形，保证施工质量，有利于整体工程进度与现场文明施工；节省了常规做法在后浇带混凝土浇筑后的基层处理、防水与保护层等的二次费用；同时因后浇带提前封闭，避免了常规敞开做法时因垃圾杂物入内等情况产生的清理费用及施工用水、雨水等进入地下室室内产生的抽水清理费用。
