近日，中国建筑[-0.35% 资金 研报]工程总公司所属中建三局苏州中南中心桩基工程110m超深钻孔灌注桩5根试锚桩静载试验完成，全部合格。
苏州中南中心桩基工程创下了国内房建领域三个之最：深度最深、垂直度精度最高、单桩荷载值最大。本桩基工程采用钻孔灌注桩施工工艺成孔，桩深约110m，为目前国内房建领域已知最深桩基；静载试验最大加载值达设计承载值的2倍，试验最大沉降量只有55mm。
