1. Drilling operations shall be carried out continuously in shifts, with construction record sheets filled in promptly; at shift handover, the drilling conditions and precautions for the next shift shall be explained;
2. When slurry is initially injected, it shall be poured vertically into the middle of the pile hole to prevent the slurry from scouring the hole wall along the casing wall and causing the hole wall at the bottom to become loose and collapse;
3. During the drilling rig construction process, it shall be ensured that the slurry level never falls below the bottom of the casing, so as to ensure the stability of the hole wall.
4. The performance indicators of the drilling slurry shall be tested regularly, and timely adjustments shall be made when they do not meet the requirements; the deviation of the hole body shall be checked every shift, and corrective measures shall be taken promptly.
5. During hole cleaning and slag removal, attention must be paid to maintaining the water head in the hole to prevent hole collapse.
6. The reinforcement cage and hole inspection device shall be lowered vertically and smoothly into the hole by a crane to avoid damaging the hole wall and causing pile rejection accidents.
7. During concrete pouring for the pile hole, the slurry in the hole shall be diverted into the slurry tank for use in wall protection during drilling of the next pile foundation.
8. Dedicated personnel shall be assigned to remove sediment from the trenches, and excess slurry shall be promptly removed from the pits and trenches to ensure no silting and maintain the working performance of the slurry trenches, sedimentation tanks, and slurry tanks.
