The HD-MWVL25-1X/Y composite-sensing multi-way valve, independently developed by Huade Hydraulics, a well-known domestic hydraulics enterprise, with proprietary intellectual property rights, has recently been successfully developed. After six months of on-site use by customers, its performance indicators all meet the design requirements and fully satisfy customer usage requirements, and it has recently been launched on the market.

　　The HD-MWVL25-1X/Y multi-way valve is divided into a main valve for constant-displacement pump systems and a main valve for variable-displacement pump systems. It features anti-flow saturation capability and is mainly used in mobile engineering equipment such as truck cranes, crawler cranes, rotary drilling rigs, and dynamic compaction machines. Since the project was initiated, engineering and technical personnel have conducted in-depth research and achieved breakthroughs in key technologies such as valve body casting, hole system machining, and valve spool heat treatment. The product has passed a series of verifications including performance, pressure resistance, and durability tests, all meeting the design requirements. For example, performance tests were conducted on crawler cranes for the main winch, auxiliary winch, luffing, and left and right travel actuators; on rotary drilling rigs, tests were conducted on the main winch, auxiliary winch, luffing, power head, and left and right travel actuators; at the same time, Huade Hydraulics also conducted comparative tests on the hydraulic system of the host machine composed of this product and imported components. All test results show that the HD-MWVL25-1X/Y multi-way valve product has good matching with the host machine and can fully meet the host machine's performance requirements. The host machine's micro-motion control, speed, compound actions, straight-line crawler travel, and matching between the main valve and main pump all reach the level of advanced foreign products.

　　At present, this series of products has been supplied in small batches to the crawler crane and rotary drilling rig markets. After on-site use by customers, the performance is stable and fully meets customer usage requirements. It has been fully recognized by host machine customers.
