On April 24, Du Jiahao, Deputy Secretary of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Governor, led a provincial research delegation to visit the Zoomlion Hanshou Industrial Park, accompanied by Wang Qun, Secretary of the Changde Municipal Party Committee, and Mayor Zhou Derui. Sun Changjun, Vice President of Zoomlion, Liu Chi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Zheng Bo, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Concrete Machinery Company, warmly received the visiting leaders.

　　The Zoomlion Hanshou Industrial Park is mainly responsible for the R&D and manufacturing of products such as concrete mixing plants, dry mortar tower plants, manufactured sand, and small-tonnage truck cranes. The park currently employs more than 1,700 people, over half of whom are from Changde and Hanshou locally, making it a typical example of Zoomlion promoting new urbanization through industrial agglomeration. The Hanshou Branch within the park achieved a cumulative output value of over 5 billion yuan in 2013 and was awarded titles such as "Top Ten Outstanding Enterprises of Changde City" and "Enterprise with Outstanding Contributions of Hanshou County" in 2012.

　　Du Jiahao and his delegation first entered the mixer main assembly workshop. Seeing the clean and tidy factory buildings and neatly arranged products, he exclaimed: "It is very rare to have such an internationally scaled manufacturing enterprise in Hanshou." Subsequently, Du Jiahao inquired in detail about the current production capacity of the park's concrete plant products, the degree of localization of components, and new product R&D. Vice President Sun Changjun and Dou Wenhua, Manager of the Hanshou Branch, reported to the Governor one by one: through lean production transformation, the assembly line's main unit production capacity of the concrete plant manufacturing department of the Hanshou Branch has more than doubled, basically achieving localization of main unit components, and some product performance has reached the top in the industry. Du Jiahao nodded repeatedly in approval after hearing this.

　　Next, the person in charge of the Hanshou Branch introduced to the Governor the star products of the industrial park—the JS8000 mixer, the first in China independently developed by Zoomlion, and the M-tec MS220V dry mortar mixer produced fully in accordance with international standards. Du Jiahao carefully inquired about the main performance of the dry mortar equipment and was very optimistic about the market prospects of this new building material equipment and its role in energy conservation and emission reduction.

　　After the visit, Du Jiahao said: "Being able to bring the world's number one under your wing is a remarkable achievement. The modern management model of the Hanshou park is very good, and I hope Zoomlion will further develop in Hanshou."
