Recently, multiple Group projects have won management innovation awards at or above the provincial level. At the start of the new year, good news arrives again: the Foundation Company has won two major enterprise management modernization innovation awards, marking a deeper implementation of the "three more emphases" philosophy and further interpreting the spirit of the 2014 economic work conference on "deepening reform and innovation-driven development." 

The Foundation Company's "Construction of a Specialized Strategic Management System for Construction Machinery Enterprises" won the second prize of the 20th National-Level Management Innovation Achievements. This is another heavyweight national management innovation award after XCMG Group's "Construction of a Management and Control System Based on the Business Rubik's Cube" won the national first prize in 2012. "Construction and Implementation of a 'Four-in-One' Management System Based on Integration Theory in Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises" won the first prize of the 20th Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievements.

The national-level innovation project is based on strategic goals and, with the guarantee of organizational resources, starts from the four dimensions of production and operation, R&D mechanisms, lean production, and talent cultivation to establish a comprehensive specialized development system. The provincial-level innovation project is based on integration theory and, from the perspectives of "promoting win-win cooperation, meeting value-added needs, improving talent quality, and ensuring efficient operation," establishes a "four-in-one" business management system covering value win-win, value-added services, talent cultivation, and performance management. It builds a solid management foundation for the company, ensures market supply, and increases market share.

The construction of the specialized development strategic management system has made the Foundation Company a new profit growth point for XCMG Group and driven scale growth upstream and downstream in the industry. Advanced, efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly construction techniques have led the sustainable growth and stable development of the piling and trenchless industries, providing useful reference for the rapid development of other construction machinery enterprises.
