From April 12 to 15, at the 18th Cross-Strait Machinery and Electronics Commodities Fair and Xiamen Taiwan Import and Export Commodities Fair (Taiwan Fair) held at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center, XGMA products made a strong appearance.

As a leading enterprise in the construction machinery manufacturing industry of the West Coast Economic Zone and one of China's leading construction machinery companies, XGMA continued its tradition of grand participation at the Taiwan Fair. Its full range of equipment products, including loaders, excavators, forklifts, compact machines, road machinery, concrete machinery, and piling machinery, were all on display, bringing a spectacular construction machinery carnival to more than 20,000 domestic and overseas merchants.

Under today's major trend of low-carbon and energy-saving development, XGMA upholds the technical pursuit of "high efficiency, energy saving, flexibility, and environmental protection." It has taken the lead in China's construction machinery industry in achieving serialized and large-scale production of a new generation of clean energy LNG technology development and application, providing customers with green new energy system solutions. It has also carried out research on new energy, energy saving, emission reduction, vibration reduction, and noise reduction technologies for construction machinery, and has continuously achieved remarkable results.

In 2010, the world's first CNG natural gas loader, the XG955CNG, was born at XGMA and achieved batch export that year. In 2011, XGMA completed mass production of the loader XG955CNG, excavator XG822CNG, and forklift XG535B. In 2013, China's first LNG natural gas excavator, the XG822LNG, was delivered for use in Jinan, and at the same time the mass production layout of the XG955HLNG and XG956HLNG series loaders was completed. In the same year, XGMA completed all technical research for the National Science and Technology Support Program project "Key Technologies and Equipment for Remanufacturing of Axles and Transmissions," forming a set of process specifications suitable for key links in the remanufacturing of loader axle and transmission components, such as disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, and machining. On this basis, it built a remanufacturing production line and carried out small-batch axle and transmission remanufacturing business.

These outstanding achievements are the result of XGMA's technical team carrying out technological innovation, creating completely independent intellectual property rights for new construction machinery design technologies, and guiding construction machinery toward material saving and weight reduction, consumption and emission reduction, and high functionality.

XGMA has also made breakthroughs in intelligent research on energy saving and safety integration for excavators. It completed efficient and energy-saving control technology for excavators based on load identification and power matching, which can effectively improve excavator operating efficiency. It also completed performance development work for electronically controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engines, achieving energy-saving targets of 3% to 5%.

While implementing technology leadership, XGMA also attaches importance to lean marketing, achieving success in both technological innovation and lean marketing. In the past two years, amid slow global economic recovery and a sluggish construction machinery market, XGMA has consistently adhered to building trust through quality and winning through brands, implementing lean marketing: segmenting different markets, adopting "one-on-one" marketing methods, deeply cultivating markets, and seeking incremental growth amid variables; optimizing and upgrading products or making "localized" improvements according to different operating conditions and equipment maintenance and use conditions to ensure product reliability; and reorganizing and allocating marketing personnel according to channel personnel distribution, optimizing channel layout, and improving operational quality.

At the end of 2013, while putting a large number of upgraded products on the market, XGMA organized 21 working groups to go deep into the front lines of the market to provide free upgrades for new and old users, which won widespread recognition from users. In international markets, XGMA continued to deeply cultivate segmented markets such as highways, railways, mines, sand fields, and coal yards, focusing on customer needs and developing personalized customized product services, achieving considerable results. During this Taiwan Fair, XGMA specially displayed the newly developed 16-meter extended-boom new energy CNG excavator XG822CNG. This model was customized according to the long-distance construction operation and environmental protection needs of Thailand's power facility construction and will soon achieve mass production to meet emerging market demand.

Product optimization and upgrading and lean marketing systems have directly driven the improvement of XGMA's operational quality and also pushed XGMA to continue moving toward the goal of internationalization. Today, XGMA has completed its overseas market layout, established subsidiaries, cultivated an overseas dealer system, built regional parts service management centers, and formed competitive advantages in key regional markets. For example, this year XGMA's Finland branch was officially established in Europe, and XGMA's compact hydrostatic loaders XG902, XG904, and XG907 have also passed EU CE certification and meet Euro III emission standards, laying a solid foundation for XGMA's comprehensive entry into the high-end markets of Europe and the United States.

XGMA's annual production capacity for various mechanical equipment is above 10,000 units and tens of thousands of units. At this Taiwan Fair, XGMA made a brilliant and strong appearance and was favored by customers, witnessing XGMA's extraordinary strength in technology and management and highlighting XGMA's leading position in the construction machinery equipment manufacturing industry.
