Xuzhou's equipment manufacturing industry has 2 enterprises at the 100-billion-yuan level, 4 enterprises at the 30-billion-yuan level, and 16 enterprises at the 10-billion-yuan level. The city has 7 enterprises at the 10-billion-yuan level, with 3 newly added. 　　『Promotion and Publicity』

　　1. This exhibition will adopt an internationalized, professional and brand-oriented operating model. The organizers will focus on organizing and inviting key industrial manufacturing enterprises, research institutions and relevant equipment-demanding units from within the province and neighboring Shandong, Henan, Anhui and other places to form delegations to exhibit and visit.

　　2. The Xuzhou Municipal Government will issue official documents to organize visits by relevant large enterprises and institutions, foreign-invested enterprises, and key units under construction, reconstruction or expansion in the city, with a focus on inviting heads of construction machinery, energy, metallurgy, chemical and machinery manufacturing enterprises to attend for exchange and negotiation.

　　3. The organizing committee will arrange product promotion presentations and negotiations with key customers. Through the strong enterprise database of the committee's information department, 100,000 visitor tickets will be sent to industrial and mining enterprises and relevant units, research institutions, design institutes, and agents and distributors nationwide. According to exhibitors' requirements, dedicated staff will be dispatched to the city and surrounding provinces and cities to organize decision-makers from procurement departments of key units under reconstruction, expansion or construction, and power enterprises to come for procurement and negotiation.

　　4. Negotiations with key users will be arranged according to exhibitors' requirements; exhibitors may also provide lists of key customers for the organizing committee to invite uniformly, and the committee will organize and provide the latest market information and conditions of relevant industrial sectors in Jiangsu.

　　5. Information will be released and carefully organized reports and systematic publicity will be carried out through television, radio, newspapers, bus advertising, outdoor billboard advertising, professional websites and magazines, letters, fax and e-mail.

　　『Exhibitor Registration Procedure』

　　1. Fill in the "Exhibition Application Form," affix the official seal, and fax or mail it to the organizing committee, together with a 300-word company profile.

　　2. After registering according to the number and area of booths applied for, pay the booth fee to the organizing committee within 7 days and confirm the booth; otherwise, the organizing committee has the right to reallocate the booth.

　　3. The organizing committee determines booths on the principle of "first registration, first payment, first arrangement" and reserves the right to reallocate a small number of booths; booth locations are subject to the "Booth Confirmation" issued by the organizing committee.

　　4. Within one month before the exhibition, the organizing committee will fax the "Notice of Participation" and "Exhibitor Manual."
