Recently, housing prices in our city have shown an upward trend and sales have increased significantly, to which the municipal government attaches great importance. This afternoon, Mayor Ma Yufeng chaired a special meeting, holding discussions with relevant municipal departments and the heads of 10 real estate enterprises to jointly analyze and assess the current situation of the real estate industry in our city, ensure the stability of the real estate market, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the real estate industry.

 

　　At the symposium, the heads of enterprises including Longji Taihe Industrial Co., Ltd., Xiulan Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., Minsheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and Xinyidai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. spoke one after another, introducing recent property sales, expressing their views on the development of the real estate industry in our city, and offering opinions and suggestions. The participating enterprises stated in their speeches that the sales peaks for all property projects occurred on March 29 and 30, and that homebuyers were mostly people with rigid demand from the urban area and surrounding counties (cities).

 

　　After listening to everyone's speeches, Ma Yufeng pointed out that in the face of the current situation, government departments, real estate enterprises, and the general public should keep a clear head and treat the phenomenon of rising housing prices rationally. Ensuring a safe and harmonious life for the people is the government's responsibility. In future work, supervision of the real estate market must be strengthened, normal market sales and illegal and irregular sales practices must be treated differently, the legitimate rights and interests of law-abiding practitioners must be protected, illegal and irregular housing sales must be severely cracked down on, and market order must be effectively maintained. All real estate enterprises should enhance their sense of social responsibility, adhere to industry self-discipline, strictly abide by laws and regulations, and maintain a long-term strategic vision; they should not do things that seek petty gains at the expense of Baoding's image and the interests of the people.

 

　　Ma Yufeng emphasized that the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has brought rare opportunities for our city's development, and the central and provincial authorities have given high attention to Baoding. We must seize the opportunities, work solidly, do our own duties in a down-to-earth manner, and make efforts to accelerate development.
