Recently, influenced by news related to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, the real estate market in Baoding, Hebei Province has continued to heat up. During interviews at several property projects, reporters found that the Baoding property market, where unit prices previously fluctuated between 4,000 and 6,500 yuan, has generally risen by 1,000 to 2,000 yuan within a few days, an increase of about 20 percent, with some individual projects even rising by more than half.
